We arrive at the bakery hours before the sun rises. We mill the wheat kernels into fresh whole-grain flour, warm the ovens, knead the dough, and our baking begins ! The aroma of handmade cinnamon rolls, cookies, fresh breads, and specialty loaves, all made from scratch, fills the air. Our passion for phenomenal baked goods is the reason for everything we do. We are passionate about great taste and wholesome foods. We bake a wide variety of both whole grain and white breads and sweets, and are especially known for our whole grain breads made from our select wheat ground fresh in the bakery. We combine our fresh ground flour with other simple, all-natural ingredients, never using preservatives or anything artificial.In addition to great breads, we offer a selection of fresh baked sweets, including scones, muffins and cookies. Our whole wheat breads are naturally low in fat and high in nutrition, so they not only taste great, they’re great for you.
